Parkview BMW is looking for a Product Genius/Delivery Specialist who is a motivated self-starter to join our Sales Team

Responsibilities:


  • Develop an indepth understanding of BMW vehicles, features, specifications, and technologies to communicate effectively to customers
  • Conduct product demonstrations, including testdrives to showcase the features and benefits of BMW products
  • Conduct vehicle delivery appointments during which you will hand over vehicles to customers; this includes explaining the vehicle's features, controls and technology
  • Educate customers on the operation of essential vehicle functions, safety features, infotainment systems, and customized options
  • Assist customers in completing necessary paperwork related to their vehicle purchase, including contracts and warranty information
  • Address and answer any questions or concerns customers may have about their new BMW
  • Maintain ongoing communication with customers after delivery to ensure satisfaction and address any postdelivery inquiries/issues
  • Strive to create an exceptional customer experience and build strong relationships with customers to promote BMW loyalty
  • Keep up to date with the latest BMW models, features, and technologies to provide accurate information to customers
  • Maintain the delivery area in a neat and organized manner

Requirements:


  • BMW product knowledge is an asset
  • Excellent interpersonal and relationshipbuilding skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Excellent organizational and prioritization skills, with attention to detail
  • Valid Driver's License
  • Computer skills: MS Office, Outlook, One-Eighty is an asset
  • Previous automotive experience is preferred
