Responsibilities
Your responsibilities will include:

- Project management: Plan schedules, estimate costs, and monitor the progress of projects of all sizes.
- Inter-departmental communication: Collaborate with mechanical, welding, and machining teams to exchange relevant information.
- Electrical design and improvement: Define needs and develop solutions for complex equipment such as machine tools, specialized welding equipment, production lines, etc.
- Electrical plans: Design and update accurate electrical diagrams.
- Diagnosis and problem-solving: Identify and efficiently resolve various electrical issues.
- Programming and integration: Master PLC and CNC controllers for programming and integration.
- Technical documentation: Write reports, work instructions, preventive maintenance procedures, user manuals, etc.
- Participation in project meetings: Actively contribute to project discussions and decisions.

Qualifications
Requirements for this Electrical Engineer OIQ - Project Manager position:

- Hold a university degree in electrical engineering (or equivalent);
- Be a member of the Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec or advanced in the CPI process;
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar position;
- Experience with PLC controllers (CNC an asset);
- Proficiency in AutoCAD software or any other 2D drawing software;
- Master the Canadian Electrical Code.
