Business Development Manager
The Fifteen Group is a leading provider of manufacturing support services to the global automotive industry. We are proud to provide this type of equipment to our customers in their plants, factories, and shop floors.
Our customers are the world's leading producers of vehicle parts and trailers, with a wide variety of different models and body styles.
We are looking for a Business Development Manager to join our growing team and develop new business opportunities.Position Description:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for developing new business with existing customers, as well as planning and executing The Fifteen Group's growth strategy.
The position requires a proven record of developing new business with strong customer relationship management skills, negotiating contracts, and identifying new opportunities.
The position requires close interaction with management to identify new opportunities for growth in the following areas:- Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Customer service, sales and marketing activities
- Negotiation
- Buyer/seller relationship development
- Project Management
- Project planning and coordination
- Planning
- Preparation of project schedule including all necessary resources
- Project Management
- Preparation of project plan including all necessary resources
- Project Management
- Preparation of project schedule including all necessary resources
- Project Management

Salary:
$70,000.00-$100,000.00 per year

Supplemental pay types:

Ability to commute/relocate:
- Toronto, ON M5A 0V5: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Education:
- Bachelor's Degree (preferred)
Experience:
- Business development: 5 years (preferred)
