ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Edward J. Cuhaci and Associates Architects Inc.
Award winning, established Architectural Firm is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.
Responsibilities
- Provide general office support and assistance for management and employees.
- Schedule and coordinate office events and meetings.
- Provide administrative support such as receiving and distributing shipments, couriers, printing documents, filing, answer phone calls, welcome clients and visitors.
- Order and manage office supplies.
- Liaison to building management and parking.
- Provide strong editing, writing capabilities for technical and creative content needs.
- Prepare contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
- Additional duties and tasks as assigned.
Requirements/Skills
- Minimum 1year related experience.
- Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills including full professional proficiency in English required.
- Familiarity with InDesign will be an asset.
- Collaborative and professional work ethic.
- Bilingual communication skills an asset (English and French)
- Postsecondary education a plus
