ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Edward J. Cuhaci and Associates Architects Inc.

Award winning, established Architectural Firm is looking for a full-time Administrative Assistant to join our dynamic team.


Responsibilities

  • Provide general office support and assistance for management and employees.
  • Schedule and coordinate office events and meetings.
  • Provide administrative support such as receiving and distributing shipments, couriers, printing documents, filing, answer phone calls, welcome clients and visitors.
  • Order and manage office supplies.
  • Liaison to building management and parking.
  • Provide strong editing, writing capabilities for technical and creative content needs.
  • Prepare contracts, agreements, and correspondence.
  • Additional duties and tasks as assigned.

Requirements/Skills

  • Minimum 1year related experience.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint required.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills including full professional proficiency in English required.
  • Familiarity with InDesign will be an asset.
  • Collaborative and professional work ethic.
  • Bilingual communication skills an asset (English and French)
  • Postsecondary education a plus
