Job summary
We are seeking an experienced and highly skilled Senior Mechanical & Electrical Specialist to lead the construction management of mechanical and electrical systems across our projects. In this role, you will ensure that all operations meet project specifications, industry standards, and safety codes.Responsibilities
- Plan direct and oversee all on-site mechanical and electrical activities ensuring compliance with project design regulatory standards and safety protocols.
- Conduct detailed reviews of construction drawings documentations and BIM models to identify potential conflicts between architectural/structural elements and mechanical/electrical systems.
