Position Summary

The Contents Crew Lead is responsible for assisting with the cleaning and restoration of contents damaged by water, fire, smoke, mold and other hazards.

Content Crew Lead provides exceptional customer service, content cleaning, packing of customer contents, site cleanup and completion of job records.

Hours of operation are 7AM - 3:30PM with a one week on-call rotation.

Job Summary for Contents Crew Lead:
A Contents Crew Lead will work both in the warehouse and in the field on job sites. This position entails a variety of detailed cleaning techniques and can be physically demanding (which includes walking up and downstairs, lifting up to 30 pounds, climbing ladders, and bending)

  • Conducting general everyday cleaning
  • Cleaning all types of floors by sweeping, mopping and vacuuming and hand scrubbing
  • Maintain cleanliness of both office facilities and job sites
  • Assist with packouts, processing (cleaning), and content move back / resets
  • Follow established cleaning procedures
  • Complete detailed structure cleans and construction cleans
  • Processing content in the warehouse
  • Documentation of Content completed on Encircle (training provided)
  • Completing and handing in the necessary paperwork
Job Requirements

  • A minimum 1 year working experience in the restoration industry is mandatory
  • Previous work experience in a cleaning role is considered an asset
  • Must be able to communicate in English (both spoken and written)
  • Work well under pressure in difficult circumstances
  • Ability to work well alone as well as in a team environment
  • Must be able to pass a criminal background check
  • A valid BC Drivers License is a MUST (with a clean drivers abstract)
  • Ability to work overtime for afterhours emergency work


  • Hours are Monday

  • Friday 7AM 3:30PM with a one week oncall rotation per month

$22.00-$25.00 per hour
