The Vehicle Remarketing Administrator will be responsible for administration responsibilities that include, but not limited to, data entry, updates on vehicles, lien tracker and lien management.

This role will eventually include working with the Coordinator to ensure that repossessed collateral is sold promptly and within legislative guidelines.


QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma
  • Strong Computer skills including Microsoft office.
  • Detail oriented
  • Exceptional verbal and oral communication skills.
  • Ability to work at fast pace and prioritize workflow.
  • Some vehicle knowledge would be an asset.
  • Critical thinking

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Updating files with information provided by outside/internal sources.
  • Ensuring documents received within timely manner. Follow up when necessary.
  • Contribute to the reduction of loan losses by maximizing vehicle sale values and minimizing associated expenses.
  • Ensure all vehicles are sold within the selling month and quarter.
  • Piloting of new auctions in areas where they are available /Dealership.
  • Valueadded repairs will need to be completed to maximize values.
  • Maintain relationships with auctions and dealers to ensure timely responses and efforts in selling our vehicles.
  • Statistical tracking of percentage of black books sale values must be consistently updated each month.
