Financial Analyst (12 month contract)
Quantum Lifecycle Partners LP is Canada's largest and most important integrated computer asset disposal and recycling processor.

As a
Financial Analyst your primary responsibility is to accurately report monthly profit and loss statements for assigned divisions. Additionally, you will present detailed analyses to Quantum Division management, supporting departments in making informed decisions.

This position is hybrid
, it can be placed in Brampton, Barrie or Toronto.

Key Responsibilities:

Complete month/yearend financial close process for assigned QUANTUM division(s)
Prepare/present the monthly analysis package to operations and support teams, focusing on budget vs. actual variance analysis and business trends.
Provide ongoing analysis and recommendations for assigned division(s) to support process/pricing/costing decisions
Provide information and analysis for assigned division(s) related to the annual audit cycle and annual planning cycle
Provide general accounting, financial reporting, and analytical support to the Manager of Financial Reporting/Finance Manager, as well as Quantum Division management and other corporate office departments, as required.

Qualifications and Skills:

Knowledge of general accounting software, Business Central & Power BI is an asset
Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
Ability to handle multiple projects and meet required timelines
Detailoriented with a high level of organization
Skilled in working with other employees and all levels of management in a professional manner
Postsecondary education in Accounting
Accounting certification
Working towards CPA designation
