Pravada Floors Inc., based out of South Surrey, British Columbia, is a leading North American wood flooring manufacturer. Our stylish and popular wood flooring products are a preferred choice for designers, architects, and builders. We are a fast expanding business with passion about growing our company with like-minded and equally passionate individuals.We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.
Duties / Responsibilities:
- Communicate and follow up on all customer service related inquiries of existing and prospective clients
- Collaborate with sales and operations with dealer inquiries, stock/product requests and general account support
- Collaborate with Marketing to ensure marketing and sales campaigns are optimized
- Manage, maintain, and update database of existing and prospective clients
- Provide order entry and administration support
- Coordinate with sales and marketing with showroom bookings and samples programs
Qualifications:
- 35 years of customer service experience
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Willingness to take initiative and have accountability
- Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
- Able to build strong working relationships
- Post secondary education / degree
- Computer Literate
Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent
Pay:
$19.00-$22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40 per week
