Pravada Floors Inc., based out of South Surrey, British Columbia, is a leading North American wood flooring manufacturer. Our stylish and popular wood flooring products are a preferred choice for designers, architects, and builders. We are a fast expanding business with passion about growing our company with like-minded and equally passionate individuals.

We are currently seeking a highly motivated Customer Service Coordinator to join our dynamic team.


Duties / Responsibilities:


  • Communicate and follow up on all customer service related inquiries of existing and prospective clients
  • Collaborate with sales and operations with dealer inquiries, stock/product requests and general account support
  • Collaborate with Marketing to ensure marketing and sales campaigns are optimized
  • Manage, maintain, and update database of existing and prospective clients
  • Provide order entry and administration support
  • Coordinate with sales and marketing with showroom bookings and samples programs

Qualifications:


  • 35 years of customer service experience
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to take initiative and have accountability
  • Strong attention to detail, organizational and multitasking skills
  • Able to build strong working relationships
  • Post secondary education / degree
  • Computer Literate

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Pay:
$19.00-$22.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
