- S'assurer que les divers éléments/activités ILS liés à l'introduction de nouveaux systèmes/équipements/capacités CH146 sont évalués, planifiés efficacement et coordonnés entre les diverses organisations soutenant les opérations CH146.
- Coordonner et examiner les produits livrables et les rapports des sous-traitants de l'ILS pour s'assurer qu'ils sont complets, exacts et conformes aux exigences initiales.
- Diriger la réunion périodique de suivi du système logistique des aéronefs avec le client, les PME de BTCL et le sous-traitant.
- Soutenir l'examen annuel de l'obsolescence du système CH146 et le groupe de travail annuel sur l'obsolescence du système CH146.
- Coordonner le flux de données ILS au sein de BTCL, du quartier général de la défense nationale et des sous-traitants, le cas échéant, et enregistrer les décisions relatives à l'ILS et le plan de mise en œuvre dans la base de données ILS centralisée.
- Mener des enquêtes techniques et proposer des mesures/actions correctives. Assurer le suivi des actions correctives.
- Ensure various ILS elements/activities related to the introduction of new CH146 Systems/Equipment/capabilities are evaluated, planned effectively, and coordinated between the various Organization supporting the CH146 operations.
- Coordinate and review ILS sub-contractor deliverables and reports to ensure they are complete, accurate, and meet to initial requirement.
- Lead Periodic Aircraft Logistic System Monitoring Meeting with Customer, BTCL SMEs, and Sub-contractor.
- Support the Annual CH146 System Obsolescence review and Annual CH146 Obsolescence Working Group.
- Coordinate flow of ILS data throughout BTCL, the National Defense Headquarters (NDHQ), and sub-contractors when appropriate and records ILS related decision and implementation plan in the centralized ILS database. Conduct Technical Investigation and proposed corrective measure/actions. Ensure follow up of corrective actions.
- Diplôme universitaire en aérospatiale ou dans un domaine connexe, avec une expérience technique jugée équivalente.
- Plus de quatre (4) ans d'expérience dans la conduite de diverses activités ILS dans le cadre d'un contrat de soutien militaire en service, telles que l'analyse d'économie, l'analyse de fiabilité/maintenabilité et de réparabilité, l'évaluation de la maintenance préventive, l'analyse de l'impact des modifications de conception, la publication technique et/ou les activités de gestion de la configuration.
- Une grande capacité à interpréter la documentation technique telle que les dessins, les spécifications et les normes est requise.
- Solides compétences organisationnelles et excellentes aptitudes à la communication, avec une capacité démontrée à faire des présentations à des cadres supérieurs et à des clients.
- Une connaissance fonctionnelle du français et de l'anglais est essentielle.

- Bachelor or college degree in aerospace or related fields with a technical experience deemed equivalent.
- More than four (4) years of experience in conduct of various ILS activities in the context of a Military in Service Support contract such as Sparing Analysis, Reliability/Maintainability and reparability analysis, Preventive Maintenance evaluation, Design Change Impact Analysis, technical publication, and/or configuration management activities.
- Strong ability in interpreting technical documentation such as Drawings, Specification, Standards, is required.
- Strong organizational skills and Excellent communication skills, with demonstrated ability to make presentations to Senior Management and customers.
- Functional knowledge of French & English is essential.

L'équipe des programmes gouvernementaux canadiens est actuellement à la recherche d'un analyste ILS. Dans le cadre du mandat mentionné ci-haut, en liaison avec l'équipe et les experts en la matière au sein de BTCL et de l'organisation CH146 WSM, et en utilisant les documents et les normes applicables, l'analyste ILS doit mener diverses activités ILS, y compris, mais sans s'y limiter, ce qui suit :
