Description

As our Pursuits Lead you:

  • Perform as the lead Information, Communications, Automation & Transportation (ICAT) Design Engineer for assigned P3 and large construction pursuits
  • Manage ICAT bid schedule for all deliverables and key dates
  • Leverage internal teams and vendor partnerships to create responsibility matrix for pursuit / project deliverables
  • Define, identify and track potential risks within each pursuit; monitor and manage identified risks through regular reporting
  • Participate in Client Presentations as required throughout pursuit process
  • Identify partnerships and efficiencies within the pursuit process to support Plan Group as the vendor of choice
  • Ten (10) years IT Consulting/Design experience
  • Five (5) years technical project management experience
  • Demonstrated understanding and experience of IT and Building System technologies in the built environment including the challenges of construction and systems integration
  • Computer Science or Engineering postsecondary education or related work experience
  • Strong understanding of data networking principles
  • Experience managing large scale commercial and institutional projects
  • Proven ability to think critically while working with incomplete information to develop innovative solutions
