The Client Service Representative - Import Door Moves is a complex role that requires individuals to develop a well-rounded set of skills to understand the technical aspects related to the cycle of an import container and be confident to interact with our customers when managing their inquiries.

Providing an excellent customer experience for clients, colleagues and third parties in every written and verbal communication.

The Import Door Moves Representative is responsible for all dispatch of door moves, invoicing for additional charges and ensuring the manifested transport amount always matches the transport selling amount.

Key Accountabilities:

Act as liaison between MSC Agency and third parties.
Validate inland rate manifest.
Creating and verifying invoices pertaining to door moves.
Request delivery instructions for door moves from customer.
Dispatch work order to truckers.
Invoice any additional charges incurred during door delivery to customer.
Additional tasks may be added or removed based on departmental needs.
Management of all required steps as they pertain to the MSC Systems.
Support any process improvements to enhance customer experience.

Qualifications

All MSC Canada employees are expected to exhibit the MSC Values, striving to drive customer centric results in all interactions with colleagues and customers alike.

Excellent command in spoken and written English with bilingualism (French and English) preferred.
Minimum of 2 years' experience in the industry.
Customer Service experience.
Autonomy and initiative.
Detailoriented.
