Responsibilities:


  • Safely and efficiently operate a fuel truck with a manual transmission to deliver diesel fuel and DEF (Diesel Exhaust Fluid) to various construction job sites
  • Accurately complete fueling and DEF topup procedures on heavy equipment, generators, pumps, and other machinery as required
  • Conduct thorough pre
- and post-trip inspections of the fuel truck, reporting any issues or discrepancies to the appropriate personnel

  • Maintain accurate records of fuel deliveries, DEF topups, and other transactions in accordance with company procedures
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and procedures, including wearing appropriate PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) and maintaining a clean and organized work environment
  • Communicate effectively with site supervisors, equipment operators, and other team members to ensure a seamless fuel delivery service
  • Provide exceptional customer service to both internal and external stakeholders, addressing any concerns or issues in a timely and professional manner

Requirements:


  • Valid DZ driver's license with a clean driving record
  • Proficient in operating a manual transmission vehicle
  • Minimum of 2 years of experience driving heavy trucks, preferably in a fuel delivery or construction setting
  • Knowledge of safe fuel handling procedures and best practices
  • Strong time management and organizational skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under tight deadlines
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong focus on customer service
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Flexibility to work day and afternoon shifts, as well as weekends and overtime when required
  • Must pass a preemployment drug test and background check

$24.00-$28.00 per hour
