Job Summary:

Responsibilities:

Operate and maintain construction equipment and tools
Perform a variety of construction tasks, including but not limited to, framing, drywall installation, concrete work, flooring, and painting
Load and unload construction materials and move materials to work areas
Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt
Follow all safety protocols and procedures on job sites
Communicate effectively with team members, supervisors, and clients
Keep job site clean and organized
Ensure that all work complies with building codes and regulations
Complete tasks within a given timeline
Troubleshoot and solve problems as they arise

Requirements:

Minimum of 3+ years of experience in construction work
Knowledge of multiple areas of construction
Ability to operate and maintain construction equipment and tools
Strong problemsolving skills
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Must be able to work independently or as part of a team
Ability to lift heavy objects and work in various weather conditions
High school diploma or equivalent is preferred
