Painter 1 to join our Coating Department in Chilliwack, BC.

Our
Entry Level Painters have a starting
wage range of $19$24 per hour based on your experience and an assessment during the interview stage. Increases are then reviewed throughout employment.

Essential Functions for this Role are:

Clean and maintain spray guns and other tools, work area, and materials
Maintain inventory of all paint materials
Sanding and finishing epoxy and polyester fillers
Work in accordance with documented procedures and complete all applicable records

Experience, Qualifications, and Skills required:

High school education or GED equivalent
Ability to do powder coat is considered an asset
Marine experience preferred
Bodywork and equipment maintenance experience required
Fiberglass and carbon fiber experience is considered an asset
Good interpersonal skills such as verbal/written communication and listening
Knowledge of epoxy primers, topcoat, paint materials, paint preparation and body work
Positive attitude and a team player
Strong attention to detail
