We are currently seeking competent individuals to fulfill the role of
Business Analyst to join our dynamic team to work at our client.

Location Address
:3 days a week in office

Responsibilities:

Working closely with the project team to document business requirements related to the project
Creating documentation based on user stories
Resolve problems and capitalize on improvement opportunities for the project
Communicating across all levels of management to provide updates throughout the migration process
Working to understand flow of current processes and assisting to adapt to the new program
810 years experience as a BA
Strong documentation skills
Ability to translate user based stories
Prior experience with a Financial Institution

Nice to Have:

Prior bank Experience
Prior Knowledge of
Cap Markets or Settlements

Soft Skills:

Good oral and written communication skills, and have a high level of interpersonal skills
Strong interest in being involved at every level of the process from design to implementation and training and mentoring of existing team members to upskill them on the new technology stack
