HEAD OF TALENT

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Continue to develop the current talent acquisition strategy that supports PBP's growth and business objectives at a global scale
  • Lead the internal talent acquisition function, including sourcing, recruiting, and hiring top talent across all functions and levels of the organization
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including hiring managers, the People Team, and the leadership team
  • Partner with the senior leadership team to assess and meet their talent needs, including executive searches and leadership development programs
  • Partner with the People Team to build and implement programs that support employee engagement and retention, including employee development and recognition programs
  • Stay uptodate with industry trends and best practices, and bring new ideas and approaches to PBP
  • Partner with the People Team to support diversity and inclusion initiatives, ensuring that PBP is attracting and retaining a diverse and inclusive workforce
  • Work with external recruitment firms to leverage their services on hardtofill roles and reyroles with expedited timelines

ABOUT YOU

  • 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition, with a focus on startups and rapidgrowth companies
  • Experience leading both internal and external talent acquisition functions
  • Experience using and building out an internal Applicant Tracking System (TeamTailor or a similar ATS is an asset)
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with key stakeholders
  • A datadriven approach, with the ability to measure and report on the success of talent acquisition initiatives
  • A strategic mindset, with the ability to think critically and drive results
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple priorities, and meet tight deadlines with global timezones in mind
  • Proven experience with executive searches and leadership development programs
  • Commitment to diversity and inclusion, and a proven ability to drive change in this area
  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, or a related field is an asset

_Working Hours as a Global Citizen at PBP_
We're a global company with team members in Canada, Kenya, India, USA, Türkiye, Mexico, UK, and Colombia.

You will be working with teams across multiple time zones so we expect you to work within your standard time zone working hours, but be available from time to time for team meetings that may fall outside of your regular working hours.
