Our team of 700+ staff see clients virtually and physically from our downtown Toronto and Oakville clinics.


The Role:


The Live Well Navigator will be responsible for generating revenue through consultative selling skills (Annual Health Assessment, membership and other Medcan services) based on the client's goals to Live Well for Life.

This is based on leveraging an in-depth knowledge of Medcan's product and service offerings to recommend appropriate services to clients based on client need and aspirations.


The Accountabilities:

  • Provide exceptional client service, build strong client relationships, serve as a brand ambassador
  • Maintain exceptional product knowledge, brand history, selling points and featured seasonal services/products
  • Achieve and exceed regular monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets
  • Manage a pipeline of current and potential members and their needs
  • Followup with marketing leads regarding membership and Medcan services
  • Actively support the client retention process
  • Ensure all administration is completed in accordance with Medcan policies and procedures
  • Adapt to changing schedules based on daily client arrival and departure times
  • Quote and discuss fees and payment policies
  • Communicate client feedback
  • Schedule, coordinate and retain all aspects of appointments
  • Update client information on internal database
  • Coordinate with other staff to ensure exceptional delivery of service

The Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years relevant experience in consultative sales
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Superior organizational and time management capabilities
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Prior experience in facetoface client relationship management
  • Experience in healthcare industry is an asset
  • Intermediate level skills in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)


This is a full-time position, working 5 days a week from 6:30am-3:00pm at our Oakville clinic located at 2275 Upper Middle Road East.

The Medcan Clinic is open Monday to Saturday so this the successful applicant may be required to work Saturdays.

Internal applicant guidelines:

  • Staff have to be at Medcan for a minimum of 12 months to apply
  • Staff have to notify their Team Lead/Manager prior to applying

- this requires communication between the former and new manager to determine date and a reasonable amount of time for the transition.
