Although we are currently all suffering through a pandemic, the demand for travel in 2021 has begun to pick up and therefore, it is now time to grow, we are looking for an individual to join our team in this hybrid position.


  • Plan and coordinate transportation, accommodations, insurance, and other travel services
  • Cooperate with clients to determine their needs and advise them of appropriate destinations, modes of transportation, travel dates, costs, and accommodations
  • Provide relevant information, brochures, and publications (guides, local customs, maps, regulations, events, etc) to travelers
  • Book transportation, make hotel reservations, and collect payment/fees
  • Deal with occurring travel problems, complaints, or refunds

Job Requirements

  • Proficiency in English; knowledge of Mandarin / Chinese is an advantage
  • Exemplary customeroriented approach
  • Ability to present, persuade and communicate effectively
  • Demonstrable ability to handle crises

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$35,000.00-$50,000.00 per year
