ORTHODONTIC DENTAL TREATMENT COORDINATOR

POSITION AVAILABLE:
Orthodontic Dental Assistant / Treatment Coordinator

We have an excellent training program in place and willing to train the right individual to help propel their career.

LOCATION:
Applicant must be able to travel and work between the following locations on the following days:

Maple Keele Street, Maple, ON

REQUIREMENTS

:

25 years dental experience preferred, open to new grads.
(Additional training provided through Clinch Learning Center).

Outgoing personality and excellent communication skills.
Excellent selfpresentation skills.
Exceptional telephone skills.
Customer centric oriented.
Highly organized and detailoriented.
Excellent time management skills.
The ability to work independently.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

Conduct new patient interviews.
Present and thoroughly discuss treatment plans.
Independently discuss pre and postoperative care.
Explain insurance benefits.
Present and discuss fees and make financial arrangements.
Follow up with accounts.
Schedules patient appointments to meet daily and weekly practice goals, handle patient finances, maintains patient records, coordinates patient flow, correspond with government insurances.
Directly contribute to the success and profitability of the office through effective treatment coordinating, account followup, appointment scheduling, accounts collections and outstanding patient service.
Coordinate intraoffice and interoffice schedules and appointments.
