Are you an experienced Design Manager passionate about creating stunning design solutions? Take your career to the next level as a Design Manager with EllisDon Lead and oversee the development of creative designs, provide guidance and mentor junior designers, and use your creativity and technical skills to deliver highquality designs for various projects._

You as a Design Manager will:

Lead and oversee the development of creative concepts for various design projects including marketing materials, branding, presentations, promotional materials, etc.
Collaborate with various departments to develop and execute design strategies that align with the company's goals and objectives.
Provide guidance, mentoring, and support to junior designers and other team members, fostering a collaborative work environment
Possess strong project management skills, with the ability to juggle multiple tasks efficiently and meet tight deadlines.
Ensure consistent brand identity and visual language across all platforms representing EllisDon
Manage workflow and resources to ensure timely delivery of highquality designs
Possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to present ideas effectively and work collaboratively with diverse teams.
Maintain high standards of quality with strong attentions to detail
Ability to think creatively and develop original design concepts that meet project objectives and aligning with the vision
Possess solid understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
Committed to learning current design trends and technologies, with a desire to stay current in the field.

Is this the right role for you?

You have a Bachelor's degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communications or a related field.
You have a minimum of 8 years of experience in graphic design.
You are confident in Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop) and other industrystandard design software.
You have proven experience in managing and leading design teams.
You are proficient in developing creative concepts for various platforms, including print and digital media.
You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for delivering highquality design solutions.
You have strong relationship building skills with focus on client satisfaction and management
You are ready to grow your career and lead a graphic design team
