Opportunity:


Reporting to the Learning Programs Manager, the
Enablement Business Partner is a role on Saje's People Team responsible for supporting people leaders to drive the development of their teams through the infrastructure of Saje's Performance & Growth Program.

The Enablement Business Partner is a highly cross-functional role and collaborates closely with the Learning Programs Manager to identify development opportunities and to design learning solutions that will equip leaders and teams at Saje to thrive in their roles.


  • All Saje Team Members are responsible for contributing to Saje's culture and maintaining a positive environment for themselves and their peers._

CONSULTATION & ENABLEMENT

  • Establish and maintain positive relationships with Saje leaders
  • Consult with and advise leaders on how to drive team performance and growth through the framework of Saje's Performance & Growth Program
  • Identify performance challenges and potential solutions through partnership with stakeholders across the organization
  • Maintain regular dialogue with the People Operations Team and Learning Programs Manager to identify and support emerging development needs and opportunities
  • Connect leaders and stakeholders with relevant learning programming to support their team's needs and goals
  • Coach and upskill leaders with knowledge and resources to support theirs and their teams' development
  • Inspire a culture of learning where leaders and Team Members are empowered and equipped to drive their development

DEVELOPING LEARNING CONTENT

  • Contribute to the continual refinement of Saje's Performance & Growth programming
  • Maintain, curate and recommend resources to support skill development
  • Partner with the Learning Programs Manager to prioritize, develop, launch, and evaluate learning solutions and experiences
  • Facilitate engaging performance enhancing experiences for leaders and teams

FACILITATION

  • Facilitate engaging performance enhancing experiences for leaders and teams

Applicant Requirements:


  • 3+ years working with organizations in the retail or service industry providing learning solutions for customerfacing, distribution and support office teams
  • 3+ years of experience in Human Resources with roles in Learning and Development and/or working with Human Resources Business Partners
  • Experienced at coaching leaders and providing partnership through consultation
  • Degree/certification in learning and development, instructional design, adult education, human resources or related
  • Exceptionally skilled at identifying and translating learning needs and themes into practical performance and development experiences and tools
  • Engaging facilitation and presentation skills that promote learning
  • Demonstrated instructional design experience and familiarity with digital design tools
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Able to exercise effective judgment and navigate sensitive situations
  • Collaborative team player that is flexible and adaptable to business needs
