We're currently seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team.

In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full 360 Recruitment process, from identifying potential clients to nurturing relationships and ensuring successful placements.

Here's a snapshot of what you'll be doing:

  • Proactively identify and engage potential clients through targeted sales efforts and networking.
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor movements to inform sales strategies.
  • Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and optimize team performance.
  • Participate in goal setting and reporting to drive performance.

To thrive in this role, you'll need:

  • Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
  • Demonstrated success in business development and account management.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting.
  • Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
  • Ability to work remotely.
