We're currently seeking a skilled Recruitment Consultant to join our team.In this role, you'll be responsible for managing the full 360 Recruitment process, from identifying potential clients to nurturing relationships and ensuring successful placements.

- Proactively identify and engage potential clients through targeted sales efforts and networking.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to exceed revenue targets.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
- Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor movements to inform sales strategies.
- Collaborate with the team to ensure client satisfaction and optimize team performance.
- Participate in goal setting and reporting to drive performance.
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
- Previous experience as a 360 Recruitment Consultant.
- Demonstrated success in business development and account management.
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency in sourcing and recruiting.
- Fluency in additional languages is advantageous.
- Ability to work remotely.
