Job summary
Set up an integration: Meta Lead Forms (Facebook/Instagram) → → Google Sheets.We don't have a CRM. All lead/customer statuses are set manually by our agents inside
1) Automatic WhatsApp template message
When a person submits a Meta Lead Form, they must automatically appear in , and we must automatically send the first WhatsApp message via a Meta pre-approved template.
Done = success criteria:
New leads from Meta Lead Forms automatically appear in - the WhatsApp pre-approved template message is sent automatically
