About the Opportunity

We're seeking a Training Facilitator who will primarily focus on spearheading training initiatives at 45Drives, while also supporting Protocase. This role involves designing engaging training content, conducting workshops, and enhancing employee skills. The ideal candidate will play a key role in boosting team performance and ensuring that employees are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to succeed.

In this role you will:

• Deliver highly technical and data driven processes and protocols
• Schedule and coordinate training calendars
• Monitor, evaluate, and accurately record training activities and program effectiveness
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure trainees receive required training
• Examine trainees' understanding and progress
• Make necessary adjustments and evaluate the effectiveness of training programs in conjunction with supervisors
  

Although you will be a member of the Protocase Training team, your main role will be to develop and deliver training modules to employees at our 45Drives division, utilizing the support and resources from your colleagues at Protocase.

About You

• You have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• You have a genuine love of technical and or mechanical environments
• You are able to convey complex information in an understandable and digestible way, tailoring your message to a particular audience.
• You have strong organizational skills and the ability to independently prioritize your work load.
• You are experienced with computers and computer programs including Microsoft Office and Excel
• You have the ability to adapt to new, changing, or unplanned events
• You have the ability to appropriately adjust your approach according to a changing environment
• You have strong emotional intelligence

The salary will consist of a base salary as well as a performance based incentive which will have a wide range dependent on success in the role as well as experience. You will also enjoy the following benefits:
