Law Clerk - Real Estate

Midtown Toronto

Our client, a successful Toronto Developer located in midtown Toronto, steps to TTC/Subway is looking for a Law Clerk to join its team.

Primary Responsibilities:

Real Estate:

Assist with Drafting and overseeing obligations of the Agreements of Purchase and Sale.

Assist in matters relating to the approval of condominium registrations.

Corporate:

Incorporation of companies, limited partnerships and maintenance of entities

Lending:

Prepare the necessary documentation related to lenders to ensure all terms and conditions are met in order to receive funds in a timely manner

Key Requirements:

Law firm or in-house real estate experience preferred, but will consider other relevant backgrounds

Excellent written/communication/proofreading skills with a superior attention to detail
