What to expect


As a Clinical Informatics Analyst in the Clinical Implementations team reporting to the Senior Manager, Clinical Informatics, you will play a key role in ensuring the optimization and frontline deployment of our revolutionary Verto platforms.

You will comfortably switch between roles including clinical requirements gathering, project management, change management, and solution design and implementation.

Responsibilities

Project Management

  • Assist with the planning of clinical implementation projects
  • Track and manage key project risks and issues, proactively identify & escalate key risk areas to project specialists and leads
  • Act as a liaison between customer and project team.

Customer Engagement

  • Diagnose, resolve and document client incidents; document and update the knowledge base system while maintaining an excellent client relationship

Quality Assurance

  • Support Quality Assurance for clientspecific deployments; ability to manage escalations

Clinical Implementations

  • Rapidly come up to speed on processes and procedures, supporting the project as needed
  • Develop and maintain excellent client relationships

Qualifications, knowledge and experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Health Sciences, Health Administration, Life Sciences, or a healthcare delivery field
  • Preferred Master of Health Informatics degree or direct equivalent; Health Informatics certificate with a Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field is an asset.
  • 12 years of experience in a clinical, health informatics, or technology environment with experience documenting needs, prioritizing tasks, analyzing information, and creating presentations
  • Highlevel understanding of the Canadian healthcare industry, and clinical practices and processes
  • 12 years of experience managing an ICT technology implementation in any sector
  • Understanding and experience with agile project management, change management, and ICT implementation
  • Experience with Project Management fundamentals and Knowledge of PMP core concepts
  • Work experience in a healthcare setting (e.g. hospital, clinic) is an asset

Relevant skills

  • Ability to draft and present presentations for critical project meetings (kickoff, wrapup)
  • Flexibility to respond to the needs and demands of your clients and ability to pivot and prioritize with ease
  • Experience in using work productivity tools (i.e. GSuite or Microsoft Office)
  • Exceptional customer and user focus and strong professional judgment

  • Demonstrated knowledge of empathy in sensitive clinical environments
