Purpose:


  • To ensure implementation of agreed Supply Chain (Procurement & Contracts) procedures, processes, systems and tools for successful delivery of the Supply Chain scope on the project.
  • Identify, solicit and select reliable sources of supply of materials, equipment and services to support project execution.
  • Prepare purchase orders, control prices and quality; and ensure delivery of materials and equipment to meet required dates.
  • Provide agreed approvals and supporting documentation for payment of invoices.
  • Provide continuous insight into supplier's progress towards meeting purchase order requirements particularly delivery schedules, progress measurement, monitor and report progress to the project management.
  • Provide logistics support for the movement of all materials and equipment, including domestic and international transportation requirements.
  • Provide materials management support.
  • Procurement progress reporting.

Responsibilities:


  • Comply to Worley framework.
  • Comply with Worley and project procurement policies and procedures and act within the limits of delegated authority. Ensure that assigned team member
- follow policies and procedures, have proper levels of delegation and act strictly within them. Ensures compliance with Worley Code of Conduct.

  • Work with engineering, planning, project controls, construction, HSE and quality to ensure specifications of materials and equipment is provided ontime.
  • Identify, develop and propose sources, solicit suppliers, receive quotations and bids. Undertake negotiation of orders, followup, schedule and expedite
- deliveries.

  • Ensure supplier documentation, including engineering data, drawings, calculations & other deliverables, insurance guarantees, etc. are received in
- accordance with purchase order and distributed or safely stored.

  • Liaise with quality, logistics and material management at supplier, Customer and contractor offices as necessary to ensure timely delivery of required
- goods.

  • Prepare or contribute to preparation of frequent reports detailing supplier's progress, problems encountered and solutions to maintain fabrication, testing
- and delivery schedules. Provide pertinent information to the supplier evaluation program.

  • May travel to suppliers' locations and fabrication shops to verify progress and to construction and operational sites to ensure deliveries are occurring as
- required by the project.

  • Ensure timely, costeffective delivery of project materials and equipment.

What you will bring

Technical and Industry Experience:


  • Management skills including team work, leadership and working with diverse teams.
  • Supply Chain experience on EPC / EPCM projects at Worley or other comparable organisations.
  • Good understanding of the EPC / EPCM industry functional systems, processes and tools.
  • Familiar with the system network used in Engineering, Procurement, Contracts and Construction.
  • Highly effective communication and presentation skills, both written and oral, including ability to communicate with / train personnel with varying degrees of skills.
  • Ability to work in a multidisciplinary, cross functional, multilocation team environment.
  • Able to work flexible hours.
  • Ability to travel on short term assignments.

Education - Qualifications, Accreditation, Training:


Required:


  • Recognized postsecondary or university education, Business Administration, Engineering or equivalent management qualification with 10 years experience in Supply Chain in EPC industry.

Preferred:


  • Knowledge of EPC procurement and contract practices.
