Job Overview**:


Reporting to the VP, Revenue Operations as the Data and Reporting Contractor, you ensure Modern Campus capitalizes on the benefits offered by having clean, reportable data that can be used to produce reliable analytics to drive decision making inside of Salesforce.

In this role, you will streamline data, enhance data quality, clean/remove bad data, develop standard reports and dashboards in Salesforce/Tableau and provide general support to the Revenue Operations team.

You should possess knowledge of Salesforce and database management with the ability to work in a fast-paced, complex environment.

You will work to ensure that your results translate into optimized data that can be easily and reliably report on and analyzed to support strategic decisions.

This is a full time 12-month contract position at a rate of $30/hour.


Responsibilities:


  • Assist with reviewing, assessing, and updating data as required
  • Review historical data, reconcile, and provide recommendations for data cleanup
  • Provide support for correcting data in an ad hoc manner to meet immediate requirements
  • Follow up with team to ensure data quality and accuracy through process adherence
  • Assist with running reports and validating KPIs
  • Assist with quarterly data enrichment requirements
  • Build out standard reporting and dashboards in Salesforce and Tableau
  • Provide general support to the revenue operations team
  • Other duties as assigned

Qualifications:


  • A Bachelor's Degree
  • 13 years of experience in operations, finance, or related field.
  • Experience in maintaining and enhancing data
  • Experience in building reports and dashboard in Salesforce
  • Experience with Tableau considered an asset
  • Experience working in a face pace, complex environment
  • Experience with acquisition considered an asset
