Are you ready to take the reins in driving our sales development team towards unprecedented success? We're seeking a dynamic and strategic Manager, Business Development to lead our efforts in expanding our client base and maximizing revenue opportunities.

In this role, you'll be at the forefront of our growth, crafting innovative strategies, nurturing client relationships, and inspiring a high-performing team to achieve and exceed targets.


Your Impact:

Team Leadership: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of sales professionals, fostering a culture of high performance, collaboration, and continuous improvement.

Lead Generation: Oversee lead generation activities, ensuring a steady influx of qualified leads to fuel our sales pipeline.

Sales Forecasting: Utilize your analytical skills to forecast sales trends and develop accurate sales forecasts to inform business decisions.

Pipeline Management: Manage the sales pipeline effectively, ensuring timely follow-up and progression of leads through the sales process.

Reporting:Generate regular reports on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement to senior management.

Performance Evaluation: Conduct regular performance evaluations, providing feedback, coaching, and support to drive individual and team success.


Your Qualifications:

Leadership:Exceptional leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing team.

Sales:Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong understanding of sales processes and methodologies.
