Shift:
Monday - Friday
/ 7:30 AM - 4:00 PM


Reports to:
Service Counter Supervisor


Job Responsibilities**:

- occasional switchboard relief
- balancing daily invoices
- daily posting of incoming inventory
- maintaining inventory levels
- sourcing parts as required
- pricing repair orders
- labor time reconciliation
- filing of service invoices, purchase orders, reports, etc.
- other tasks as assigned by supervisor


Job Qualifications:

- must be able to speak, read, & write fluently in English
- must have previous computer experience
- must have good organizational skills
- previous inventory experience would be an asset
- good telephone mannerism is essential
- automotive shop experience an asset (as we're an automotive/truck repair facility)


Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
$20.00-$24.00 per hour
