    The Industrial Thermal Management (ITM) team is growing across North America as we work to grow and gain business across key markets (foundry, hearth, and ceramics – high temperature applications).

    We are looking for highly motivated individuals who can find new customers, take care of existing customers and grow their assigned business.

    As a Field Sales Engineer, you will contribute to our long-term business growth strategy.

    Create and deliver customer educational experiences focused on growth
    Develop short- and long-term strategies and plans aligned with corporate goals
    Use available tools and data to determine course of action within territory based on findings
    Inspect and monitor market conditions resulting in the development of strategic counter measures
    Work closely with other business partners including customer service, engineering and production
    Attend and participate at targeted industry trade shows and conferences
    Manage your business using a hybrid model of both travel to see customers and home office
    University Degree, Engineering Designation both or in combination with experience
    Technical, industrial and application product sales and experience
    Exposure to product development, production and delivery
    Selling to and knowledge of industrial markets such as aerospace, metals, LNG, ceramic and glass, foundry or high heat applications and processes
    Must have a demonstrated history of business development, strong negotiation ability along with a natural flair to work within teams, across business units and foster key customer relationships
    Detail orientation in both sales reporting, sales analytics and interpretation at the territory level
    Creative problem solver who brings solutions to the conversation and situation
    Intermediate level of proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
    Experience "social" selling, digital promotion, creating presentations and webinars
