- Optimize Deal Processes: Make pricing, contracting, and deal workflows faster and easier by improving steps, tools, and handoffs across the opportunity lifecycle
- Data & Reporting: Create actionable reports and insights for Sales and Marketing leaders to spot trends early and make informed decisions
- Salesforce Excellence: Maintain clean data, consistent workflows, and automation that supports team efficiency
- Pipeline & Forecasting Support: Partner with Sales leadership to improve pipeline hygiene, forecast accuracy, and deal inspection
- Maximize Tool Value: Enhance Gong dashboards, organization, and insight sharing to improve coaching and enablement
- Enablement & Adoption: Document processes in the Playbook, support training, and ensure teams adopt workflows and maintain data integrity
- 1–2 years of experience in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Sales, or a related go‑to‑market role
- Proficiency in Salesforce, including reports, dashboards, basic workflows, and a focus on clean data
- Passion for simplifying processes, reducing manual work, and creating repeatable ways of working
- Strong data analysis skills, turning questions into clear insights for Sales and Marketing partners
- Highly organized and dependable, able to follow through on projects while juggling multiple requests
- Interest in leveraging AI to support coaching, forecasting, and deal execution, turning AI‑driven insights into practical workflows
- Familiarity with tools such as Ironclad, Gong, ZoomInfo, HubSpot, Salesloft, or Highspot is a plus
- Access to the Dialogue app and virtual mental health support for you and your family

Your role as Specialist, Revenue Operations
Reporting to Corey Klein, Director of Revenue Operations, the Specialist, Revenue Operations is on a mission to empower our Sales team to focus on what they do best—selling—by eliminating friction, streamlining workflows, and implementing smart automation. Through improved systems and seamless processes, this role directly drives the efficiency, impact, and success of our revenue‑generating teams.
