Reporting to the Mill Maintenance General Foreman, this position will be part of the team responsible for planning, organizing and directing the work of the Mill Maintenance crew.
What you will do:
- Plan, organize and direct the work of the maintenance crew
- Provide effective supervision to ensure assignments are completed in a safe and efficient manner
- Create work order plans that include time allowances, trades required, and necessary materials
- Create and maintain asset data including the asset hierarchy, bills of materials, and work plans
- Manage asset PM schedules
- Work closely with Maintenance and Operations Departments to develop and advance maintenance workflow activities
What you will bring:
- Demonstrated leadership skills including strong team building and communication skill
- Create work order plans that include time allowances, trades required, and necessary materials
- Create and maintain asset data including the asset hierarchy, bills of materials, and work plans
- Manage asset PM schedules
- Work closely with Maintenance and Operations Departments to develop and advance maintenance workflow activities
- A strong commitment to safety with working knowledge of OH&S, Mine and Environmental regulations
- Ability to handle a large and varied workload
