Reporting to the Branch Manager, the Estimator is the primary member of the estimating team responsible for all aspects of the estimating and tendering process.


As an Estimator you would be responsible for:

  • Reviewing specifications and drawings to determine scope of work.
  • Completing detailed quantity take offs including costing of all aspects of the tender.
  • Project planning and scheduling for tenders including site logistics and project plans to suit the tender requirements.
  • Developing and maintaining work relationships and communication with subtrades, suppliers, design teams and clients.
  • Supporting our Project Managers with negotiation of contracts and project buy outs once tenders have been awarded.
- secondary education in construction-related disciplines is preferred (Engineering Degree/Technical Diploma).
