Capitalizing on its large client portfolio and its leading position in Consulting Services, CGI Montreal is planning a massive growth of its Business Consulting activity in the coming period.

Depending on your experience, you will be asked to lead or contribute to the strategic missions we carry out for our clients in Montreal.

Your future duties and responsibilities

Support CGI clients in the definition of their business and organizational strategies
Help our clients develop the services and products of tomorrow
Define and initiate the organizational and cultural changes required for the digitalization of companies
Redefine their operational processes in close collaboration with the business teams
Conduct market or sector studies and enhance our knowledge of the targeted industries
Develop business models

Required qualifications to be successful in this role

Qualifications required to succeed in this role:

University degree in computer science or engineering and also a graduate degree in a related field
Years of experience: between 0 and 3 years in consulting or one of the targeted sectors
Demonstrate good team and executive collaboration skills, and the ability to think and influence strategically

Good analytical skills

Knowledge of process and change management methods (Lean,...)
Excellent presentation and writing skills in French.
