JOB SUMMARY:
Supports Community Resource Unit by providing general administrative support, including budget/financial tracking and the coordination of employee attendance, the communications process, and routine communication materials, including notices to tenants and communities.
QUALIFICATIONS
EDUCATION
- 2year postsecondary diploma in Office Administration, Business, or other related field
- At least 3 years of office administration or related environment
- Experience in records management administration of legal agreements
- Knowledge of Yardi or other property management programs is preferred
- Knowledge of Peoplesoft of other financial management programs is preferred
- Bookkeeping skills are preferred
- Knowledge of social services and community development and relevant legislation including the Housing Services Act 2011 and Residential Tenancies Act 2006
SKILLS
- Excellent organizational and telephone skills
- Excellent verbal and written skills
- Microsoft Office capability, including MS Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint
- Bilingual English and French is considered an asset
SPECIAL CONDITIONS
- In accordance with the Corporate Criminal Record Check Policy, the position requires the incumbent to undergo a Criminal Records Check and submit a Canadian Police Clearance Certificate
