Description
We are seeking a meticulous and experienced Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team.The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of industry standards, particularly IPC 6013 class 2 for printed circuit boards, IPC-A-600 class 2 for bare printed circuit boards, and IPC-A-610 class 2 for assembled boards and finished electronic assemblies.
Additionally, familiarity with reading mechanical drawings and spec sheets, as well as the ability to follow Bill of Materials (BoM) using Agile methodology, is essential for success in this role.

Responsibilities
Conduct inspections of incoming materials and verify compliance with IPC standards, particularly IPC 6013 class 2 for printed circuit boards, IPC-A-600 class 2 for bare printed circuit boards, and IPC-A-610 class 2 for assembled boards and finished electronic assemblies.
Perform quality checks on outgoing products, ensuring adherence to specified mechanical drawings and spec sheets.Input all inspection and quality check data accurately into tracking sheets using Excel.
Follow BoM's Agile methodology to ensure accurate tracking and documentation of materials and processes.
Communicate any deviations or issues found during inspections to the appropriate departments for resolution.
Maintain detailed records of inspections and quality checks performed.
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent.
Previous experience in quality assurance, particularly with IPC standards mentioned (IPC 6013, IPC-A-600, IPC-A-610).
Proficiency in reading and understanding mechanical drawings and spec sheets.
Experience with following Bill of Materials (BoM) using Agile methodology.
Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel for data entry and tracking purposes.
Strong attention to detail and ability to identify discrepancies.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and collaborate within a team.
