What you will do
Support the continuous improvement of CMC Learning and Development training activities and initiatives by working with L & D Leadership and Facilitators to improve training facilitation, classroom management, and operational team.
What we look for
Partner with Learning & Development Leadership, Operations Leadership, and Recruiting to schedule training classes/ resources to meet business needs.
Audit training classes to provide mentoring and support to facilitation staff to increase operational team and improve training outcomes.
Support completion of facilitator Action Plans.
Maintain accuracy of training class information on the National Training Team Portal.
Partner with Learning & Development team and local SMEs to develop and update training materials to achieve performance improvement and customer satisfaction.
Conduct training initiatives /classes in a manner consistent with supporting the business in meeting its goals and objectives as required.
Participate in training focus group meetings and on training project teams to identify areas of opportunity and trends to enhance training curriculum.
Support Administration of payroll review and validation for training participants.
Handle employee relations issues in accordance with Human Resources guidance and direction.
Ability to work
flexible schedule in support of operational needs.
Ability to travel (typically up to 10%), determined by business need.

Requirements:
- Minimum five years' experience delivering training
- Inbound/outbound call center training facilitation experience
- Customer Focus: dedication to meeting the expectations of both internal and external customers
- Managerial Courage: face up to people problems on any person or situation quickly and directly

- Creativity: ability to come up with new and unique ideas for facilitating training
Preferred
- Minimum of three year's operational experience in an inbound/outbound call center environment.
- Business Acumen: knowledge of current CMC business practices, technology, and information affecting the business and organization.
- Proven record of exceeding expectations.
