You have:

A College Diploma or equivalent with specialization in information technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
Proficiency in English and French in reading writing and speaking.
An indepth understanding of user requirements, including the ability to evaluate potential technologies and communicate technical information effectively to various audiences.
An enhanced knowledge in office automation and computer hardware (desktops, laptops, smartphones) and current operating systems.

You are:

Flexible and solutions oriented.
Able to work under pressure using your initiative and sound judgment.
A quick learner, able to work in a fastpaced environment.
A team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures.

Providing IT Service Delivery.
Providing software and computer hardware support, troubleshooting and assistance to employees.
Recommending hardware and software changes and updates to ensure optimal operation of users.
Assessing requests, impacts and recommending solutions.

Hybrid Mode: Have the flexibility to work in hybrid mode (minimum 3 days out of 10 in the office).
