You have:


  • A College Diploma or equivalent with specialization in information technology, or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Proficiency in English and French in reading writing and speaking.
  • An indepth understanding of user requirements, including the ability to evaluate potential technologies and communicate technical information effectively to various audiences.
  • An enhanced knowledge in office automation and computer hardware (desktops, laptops, smartphones) and current operating systems.

You are:


  • Dynamic and resourceful.
  • Flexible and solutions oriented.
  • Able to work under pressure using your initiative and sound judgment.
  • A quick learner, able to work in a fastpaced environment.
  • A team player within a multidisciplinary group of people from diverse cultures.

  • Providing IT Service Delivery.
  • Providing software and computer hardware support, troubleshooting and assistance to employees.
  • Recommending hardware and software changes and updates to ensure optimal operation of users.
  • Assessing requests, impacts and recommending solutions.
