    Retailors is a top retailer known for specializing in sports and athleisure. As a global partner of choice for managing Nike stores across various countries, we are rapidly expanding our reach. The role of the Human Resources Business Partner is crucial for the growth and future of HR within our company.

    We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Business Partner to join our team due to our significant success and expansion plans.

    Who we are looking for?

    We need a partner to collaborate with the HR Manager and other specialists to provide comprehensive human resources solutions. Building strong relationships with our teams is key for talent acquisition, succession planning, performance management, and more. You will play a vital role in driving business results and executing programs to support our objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    • Ensure delivery of HR programs to enhance organizational performance and employee engagement
    • Collaborate with internal teams to manage communication on HR programs
    • Provide guidance on human resources practices and policies, including employee relations and regulatory compliance
    • Work with managers to address people issues and propose solutions
    • Oversee Occupational Health and Safety initiatives and HR reporting on key metrics

    The Ideal Candidate:

    • University degree and CHRP certification preferred
    • Minimum 4 years of HR generalist or HRBP experience
    • Proven expertise in employee relations, recruitment, coaching, and conflict management
    • Knowledge of employment standards, human rights, health & safety regulations
    • Strong interpersonal skills, leadership abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

    Work location:

    Toronto office environment with potential travel
