Job Information and Responsibilities
Under the direction of the Director, The Language Centre, the Registration Clerk will:

  • Administer the program admission and registration for the Language Centre students.
  • Act as the initial point of contact for prospective students; providing admission and registration support to new student and agents in advance of their arrival.
  • Provide registration, administrative and account support to current students.
  • Accept payments, process refunds, and monitor student account balances to identify and address delinquencies.
  • Provide registration/enrolment letters.
  • Assist in the processing of health insurance claims.
  • Creating and sending out FAQs.
  • Assist in organizing and delivering of webinars.

Experience and Education Requirements
To be the successful Registration Clerk you will have:

  • High School graduation plus one year community college business diploma.
  • Minimum 1year related experience with demonstrated crosscultural communication skills.
  • Strong customer service skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Experience with bookkeeping and cash accounting an asset.
  • Experience in Banner considered an asset.
