    Lead a national Fleet Management team consisting of 4 specialists.
    # Responsible for designing the tractor and trailer equipment strategy for Sobeys nationally, including spec design, fleet size, VRS, OEMs, asset disposals and procurement.
    # Responsible for designing the Tractor and Trailer repair and maintenance strategy for Sobeys nationally, including maintenance vendors, warranty requirements, and R&M expense tracking software.
    # Responsible for designing and gaining alignment on our fleet sustainability strategy, and ensuring Sobeys is prepared to achieve its aggressive 2030 sustainability goals.
    # Responsible for designing the fleet technology strategy and roadmap, including Samsara, Mirlin, but also exploring potential new fleet technology that can drive significant benefits for Sobeys.
    # Also responsible for building a Centre of Excellence program to ensure we are effectively utilizing the data generated from these tools.
    # Responsible for designing a national feet safety program that includes a policy this is compliant in all provinces and addresses driver behavior challenges / safety gamification.

    Minimum 10 years progressive management experience in Fleet Management and Transportation.
    Excellent Knowledge of Federal and Provincial Regulations for Commercial Vehicles, and Drivers.
