OVERVIEW OF THE POSITION:
Manage IT Infrastructure and Application portfolio for Habasit Canada.
RESPONSIBILITIES OF THIS POSITION - IT
- Ensure Information Technology infrastructure supports business unit needs and adheres to Habasit Group standards.
- Ensure Information Technology Projects align with the Habasit Canada, Habasit America and Habasit Group Information Architecture, Application Architecture, and Company strategy.
- Collaborate with other department leaders to define, prioritize, and develop project requests.
- Develop and manage Companywide training on appropriate policies and procedures.
- Coordinate with Habasit America and thirdparty service providers to provide support services as needed.
- Evaluate and implement IT procedures for maximum efficiency and cost containment.
- Ensure users/customers are provided professional, courteous, and timely support and service.
- Stay abreast of trends and regulations to ensure effectiveness and compliance.
