    • Valleyfield, a Maintenance Team Leader
    • Permanent position 40h week in person evening shift 3p.
    m - 11p,m Reporting to the Maintenance Manager, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
    • Supervise maintenance work, preventive and corrective maintenance, with the aim of improving work and machine efficiency.
    • Supervise teams to ensure they are technically competent and comply with OHS standards.
    • Work with production to achieve objectives and comply with quality standards (HACCP, GMP).
    • Monitor the department's KPIs, equipment maintenance programs and certifications.
