Job Summary:

Seeking a friendly Concierge with more than 2 years of relevant experience, recognized for exceptional service and pre-empting resident needs. This role is key in providing administrative assistance to both the Property Manager and the Strata Council, ensuring smooth management of all site services and council affairs. Responsibilities include setting high service standards, being the face of One Bear Mountain, aiding in essential administrative tasks for property operations, and supporting the council in decision-making and resident communication. Must demonstrate professionalism, adaptability, teamwork skills, and offer valuable expertise and assistance to the strata council and management.

Residential Concierge Service:

Represent the building to residents, guests, and service providers in a courteous and professional manner.
Maintain open communication channels with all associated with One Bear Mountain via email, phone, and in-person interactions, ensuring prompt and respectful responses to requests.
Keep a record of all residents with their contact details.
Assist in setting up new residents in building systems and provide orientation programs.
Manage amenity room bookings, key databases, and resident queries efficiently.

Typical Duties and Responsibilities:

Handle general administration tasks with proficiency in Microsoft Office and problem-solving abilities.
Maintain a clean and welcoming lobby, answer calls promptly, and manage key and FOB distribution.
Coordinate move-in and move-out processes, oversee maintenance activities, and ensure adherence to building policies.
Support Strata Council meetings, monitor parking areas, and uphold safety and emergency protocols.
Ensure building security by locking all doors at the end of each day.

Building Maintenance and Council Support:

Act as the main contact for service providers, supervise maintenance tasks, and oversee scheduled activities.
Manage relationships with vendors, schedule maintenance work, and maintain accurate trade registers.
Complete minor maintenance tasks, oversee petty cash, and perform regular building walkthroughs.
Assist the Rental Property Manager and handle Form K submissions as required.
