Your responsibilities as the Assistant Food and Beverage Manager in our Vee Restaurant, will be:

  • Report to and work with the Food and Beverage Outlet Manager
  • Grow F&B Operations.
  • On site supervision of the restaurant, sports bar & lounge, banquet room, and private dining room.
  • Identify ways to improve guest experiences and encourage guest loyalty.
  • Engage in effective communication with guests, peers, staff members, management, and external authorities.
  • Natural leadership with ability to handle all situations in a calm, professional and prudent manner.

What you Bring:


  • Enthusiastic, outgoing and friendly customer service skills.
  • Organizational skills, reliability and a strong work ethic.
  • Experience in F&B, guest services, hospitality and leadership.
  • A work flexibility, which will include nights and weekends when required.
  • A strategic thinker and multitasker who can maximize guest experiences.
  • Operate with the highest levels of integrity and honesty.
