- Responsible for maintaining and increasing volume levels with existing assigned accounts, and promoting growth in the assigned territory
- Selective targeting of strategic customers in assigned areas; instituting fresh programs and improving communication between ViewSonic and the target companies
- Develop a strong relationship with the highest levels of management within each assigned account instituting programs and initiatives
- Maintain a well-defined sales strategy for all accounts in the defined region
- Grow skills to and maintain a high level of product and industry knowledge
- Support the General Manager and upper management by assisting in reviewing and/or modifying existing strategies and tactics
- Contribute to the development of future marketing and sales programs by regularly reporting competitive pricing information, new product introductions, and promotional activities
- Attend trade shows, and conduct sales events, product training, seminars and executive presentations as required
- University or Post Secondary degree preferred
- Minimum years in sales with resellers and/or experience in the designated region
- Ability to prospect, sell, and support products within target accounts
- Self-starter with the ability to make a substantial number of calls, handle a high volume of activity, and maintain a continuing fast pace
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Channel Sales and Manufacturing experience is heavily preferred
- Passion for technology
- Travel: Limited travel; mostly in assigned region with some nationwide travels
- Environment: As this is a field sales position, the environment is usually on the road visiting customers and prospects. Home office is the standard office environment.

Your Role and Impact
The Regional Business Manager (RBM) will be responsible for all sales activities in the Central Ontario region. The individual will build relations, and manage and engage in strategic reseller and end-user accounts, resulting in additional sales of ViewSonic Products. The RBM will independently find, target, quantify, sell, and support the entire range of ViewSonic's products, taking ownership of the region. The preferred candidate will reside in the greater Toronto area, supported by a well-established national sales team.
