about the team

The IDEA team is a cross-functional partner to the lululemon business.

We serve as a key point of contact with teams and leaders across the business, partnering to educate, advise, guide, and champion behaviors that support inclusion, diversity, equity & action (IDEA).

about the role


This role is intended to support the Americas & Global Guest Innovation (AGGI) IDEA team in the creation of strategy and deliverables for IDEA work impacting the AGGI SSC.

This new role will support the delivery of the AGGI SSC IDEA strategy and will tie into the larger AGGI and global IDEA strategies.


a day in the life:
what you'll do

  • Support with executing deliverables related to the AGGI team's IDEA strategy
  • Build recommendations for the overall IDEA strategy to support the Americas & Global Guest Innovation (AGGI) SSC
  • Maintain close working relationships with key crossfunctional partners within AGGI and the IDEA teams
  • Analyze and track data supporting the AGGI team's IDEA strategy
  • Assess progress and structures of IDEA work and make recommendations that inform strategy moving forward.
  • Support IDEA Business partners with their specific scopes as needed
  • Collaborate with communications, operations, and learning partners to prepare, maintain and update IDEArelated materials.
qualifications

  • 58 years experience in diversity, inclusion & equity
  • Experience leading teams and collaborating
  • Can see the big picture and work within an existing strategy to achieve common goals
  • Possesses strong interpersonal, communication, and coaching skills
  • Capable of effectively managing multiple demands from a variety of sources
  • Passionate and knowledgeable about staying up to date on current events & DEI research
  • Project or Program Management Skills & experience in remote facilitation and technology tools such as zoom and webinar platforms
  • An undergraduate degree in business, humanities, or social sciences is considered valuable
  • Previous stakeholder management experience is an asset
