We are the Sourcing Department.
We manage the relationship with our apparel & accessories vendors and ensure that lululemon has best in the world manufacturers.
We work cross-functionally across the entire product team to build product that meets our business strategies, quality standards, and financial goals.
We then work with our vendors to make those products a realityA DAY IN THE LIFE
- Serve as a key resource on projects and initiatives that require involvement or directly impact Finished Goods Sourcing cost management
- Serve as key resource to Costing Operations manager to identify and bubble up initiative risks, communicate new or enhanced business requirement and test to ensure that technical solutions meet required business needs
- Lead collaborative discussions with teams in identifying and documenting business pain points and opportunities for solution planning
- Support in the creation or evolution of tools and processes for costing activities
- Create needed Process and/or Training documentation and help to educate and enroll affected teams
QUALIFICATIONS
- 35+ years' experience in product manufacturing and Supply Chain
- Strong project planning, management, and communication skills
- Ability to present process and data analysis details in a clean and organized manner
- Ability to work with a large amount of data and details without losing sight of the big picture
- Excellent team player as well as able to work independently
